Welcome to Welanto (“Welanto”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using welanto.com, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Welanto. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What Welanto is — and isn't

Welanto is a platform for anonymous, one-on-one peer voice support and self-care tools (journaling, mood tracking). Listeners are peers, not licensed professionals.

• Welanto is not a medical, psychiatric, or therapy service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
• Welanto is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or crisis, call your local emergency number (112 in India) or a helpline such as Tele-MANAS (14416).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Tokens & payments

• Tokens are digital credits used within Welanto to start voice support sessions. They have no monetary value outside the app and are not a deposit or e-money.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Token purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Community conduct

By using Welanto you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any other user;
• Share sexual, nude, or otherwise prohibited content;
• Share or solicit personal contact details, or move users off-platform;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or age;
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Both sides consent to each conversation. Either party may decline or end a call at any time. We may record calls for safety and moderation. Users who violate these rules may be reported, blocked, suspended, or banned.

6. Listeners

Listeners offer peer support only and are not professionals. Welanto does not guarantee any outcome from a conversation.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Welanto is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Welanto at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [your city].
